Our NSI nurses can go into the home to assess any safety issues and recommend changes in the living environment to ensure patient safety.

Use and education of monitoring devices, refills off insulin pumps, application of sensors, diet teaching, and diabetic food exams
One-on-one in-school nursing
For developmentally disabled children. NSI is contracted with various school districts to provide one-on-one nursing care for students in need of skilled care or nursing care for their g-tube feeds, medications, vent/trach. We can also provide school nurses for the school’s nursing office to assist with all students.
Private duty nursing
Can consist of either skilled nursing visits or skilled nursing shifts, depending on patients’ needs and requests
Caregiver Services
Meal preparation
Caregivers follow the dietary needs of the patient in accordance with their care plan.
Light housekeeping
Clean and maintain patients’ area to ensure health and safety.
Laundry
Aides can change patient’s linens and wash patient’s laundry.
Shopping
Our aides can shop for patients, or accompany, but cannot transport the patients in their vehicle.
Activities of daily living
Aides can assist in adl’s in accordance with their specific care plans
Medication management
Medication reminders for non-skilled services. Nurses are able to administer medications via iv, im, sq, topical, respiratory/nebulizer, Medi-sets
Assistance
Assistance with activities of daily living and light housekeeping
